Using "Effective Reps" To Get Next Level Strength Gains | Ep. 31

5x5 or 3x10 are common rep schemes you'll see in a strength training program. Indeed - these rep schemes have been tested and can result in some phenomenal adaptations.

However, I recently learned about a new method of training called "Effective Rep[etition]s" that can be bolted onto this more traditional framework. Effective Reps have fascinating implications for building strength and producing results that are greater than traditional strength training methodologies on their own.
