Using Fitness to Overcome Anxiety with Sandra Nelson

Right now a lot of us feel the weight of uncertainty.

Even prior to COVID and we expect after, some of us still struggle with anxiety, constantly thinking about what happened in the past or a what if future.

Sandra struggles with these same things day in and day out.

Knowing that fitness could help her battle her anxiety, Sandra tried to start new fitness programs, but nothing stuck.

That is until she found the coaches and community at Tradewinds.

Now Sandra comes in 4 days a week and finds that she is much better equipped to battle her anxiety and anything her life might throw at her.
