Confidence, self esteem, self help, self-confidence, reducing anxiety (and lots of similar phrases) tend to increase in those who can demonstrate gratitude.
I'm not suggesting this will be easy, but you need to start finding the time to be thankful for the things you have. I talk about this more in this episode.
