Have you heard the term HIIT? It stands for high-intensity interval training and is the latest innovation in the workout arena.

There is a very good chance that over the years of trying to find the right workout routine, you’ve been discouraged from not seeing results. The world of fitness can be confusing, and cardio can be time-consuming - which is why HIIT has grown such a following!

High-intensity interval training is a technique that requires 100% effort through quick bursts of exercise, followed by short periods of recovery periods. This type of training has been shown to burn more calories and more fat in less time, which is something we could all benefit from!
