Halloween is the first holiday of the season... which marks a time of the year where theres two types of people;

Ones that fall off and say "ill start in January because ONLY then ill be motivated!"... then restrictive diet and overtrain to the point they hate the process...

Then there are those who approach the holidays as a challenge and use the extra food as FUEL to chase their fitness goals.
