Using Reflection To Create A Clear Path On Your Journey To Living An Abundant Life With Brian Seymour

We tend to fall in love with the stories we tell ourselves about our past successes and failures. Rather than drawing on valuable life lessons, we tend to mire in the past and this blocks the way ahead.

Similarly, when we dream of the future without a coherent plan we set ourselves up for frustration and disappointment. There is a better way. We need to become more reflective. We can begin with asking ourselves questions like: Where are you now? Why are you there? Where do you want to go? What must you do to get there? A more serious version of you awaits…

Brian Seymour's Bio:

Brian Seymour has been writing and recording his own music for three decades. Raised in Springsteen’s Red Bank NJ, he emerged as a singer/songwriter in the 1990s in Philadelphia where he still lives with his wife and 8 year old son.

He has released seven full-length records, continues to get prominent placements in film and TV, and has high profile covers of his songs by major artists.

Along the way he earned a Ph.D. in the history of art, with research focused on art and the public sphere, and teaches at the Community College of Philadelphia, as well as at Villanova University, and the Barnes Foundation.

At this moment, in October, 2020, he arrives with new focus and a willingness to continue to forge a fresh path in the new music industry. Building upon the vast experience of his younger days on stage, as well as writing and recording, he is finding a way to re-engage his audience and meet new fans.

He claims his secret is learning to be reflective in everything he spends time on, and to see his creative life as part of his every day.
