Using Relaxation to Deal with Stress

In this episode I discuss some different ways to deal with stress using relaxation. Concentrated breathing, finding a quiet place, making time in your schedule to do things you like to do, and unplugging from technology are all ways I use to de-stress. But each of us is different and I encourage you to find a way that helps you relax and take stress out of your life.
