Rebecca joins us to talk about her journey with anxiety, S.A.D., self-loathing, and overcoming it all with self care and mindset. As a wellness coach and former personal trainer, she has a beautiful holistic view on wellness & body image and is big on laughter and positive vibes!

Rebecca Hall is a health and wellness coach who transitioned from being a personal trainer to a coach because she wanted to work with people and help them with every aspect of their health and well-being. Food, sleep and mindset are some of the things that Rebecca is big on and she found herself talking to her clients about this and so decided to set up The Wellness Hall and qualify as a wellness coach to compliment her nutrition qualification and her personal training background. The Wellness Hall was founded back in 2018 and Rebecca hasn't looked back since.

She now helps clients with physical pain, relationships to food and exercise and with some people it's both. She works mainly with women, inspiring them to look at their daily habits and weed out the ones that are not serving them and to create more positive ones to help them become less overwhelmed with everything that life throws at them.

Her mantra is; Inspire, Educate, Empower. Coaching is more of a relationship and journey that Rebecca comes on with you rather than a teacher and student scenario.
