Using small challenges as a practice for bigger ones

In this episode I share an example of turning a small mistake (small challenge) into an opportunity to practice moving from low frequency (negative) energy, to a higher frequency (positive) energy.

When something "small" derails our day, it's an opportunity to practice:

  • being aware of our reaction
  • getting into the present moment
  • accepting what happened
  • acknowledging that there's a gift in the situation
  • deciding to move from low to high frequency energy
  • letting it go
  • trusting that it happened for a reason

This practice teaches us how to respond in an aligned way when a big challenge comes into our life.
