This podcast highlights the utility of the Practice Advancement Initiative (PAI) 2030 Self-Assessment Tool designed to help respondents determine how well their practice settings align with the PAI 2030 recommendations.  ASHP’s PAI 2030 provides pharmacy teams with guidance for advancing healthcare, patient outcomes, and pharmacy practice through 59 recommendations.  The PAI 2030 Self-Assessment Tool identifies areas for improvement and a list of priorities for implementing change can be developed.
