3 "Give" - What do we need to be able to live today?

4 "Forgive" - It frees us to have an open relationship with God, and others

5 "Deliver" - We tell God what He already knows

Confess your sins, habits, and actions

Genuinely apologize

Ask God to give you strength to resist temptation
