The second webinar presents who proactive engagement with identified beneficiaries, leveraging the ubiquitous presence of ordinary cell phones, can help fight petty corruption, improve service delivery and help improve trust in the state. In particular, the webinar will focus on how this mode of engagement, already widely practiced in the private sector, can help deliver quick wins and political dividends to create space for more reforms. It will also show that it can be implemented in a wide variety of public sector service delivery settings at a relatively low cost.
