Using Thyroid Hormone Replacement for Migraines. What a 2023 Study Says.

In today's podcast, we cover a brand new study by Dev (2023) on using low-dose thyroid hormone in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism (TSH between 4.5-10 mIU/L). 

We've seen the connection between slightly elevated TSH and migraine in a few populations, but this is the first clinical trial that attempts to lower headache frequency, intensity and duration with thyroid hormone replacement.
