Dr. Roger Severino is a veteran leader and pastor. He has nearly 3 decades in pastoral leadership, most recently as the Pastor of Leadership Development at Brentwood Baptist Church. He received his D.Min in Leadership and has a passionate heart to create leaders who develop other leaders.

This podcast discusses the importance of giving away authority and decision-making to the lay leaders of the church. Roger believes that the volunteer leaders are there to engage with their whole hearts and minds, and are open to being developed themselves.
