Henry Herr lives in Baltimore, Maryland and has spent his time working to get confederate monuments taken down or the towns that have them, renouncing their support for the confederacy. This has brought him to the Eastern Shore in Talbot County, where the last confederate statue stands on the courthouse grounds. Henry has been working for years, calling the Talbot County Council, sending emails, and even stating he would help pay for the removal of the statue.
