Leigh studied International Relations, African Studies, and Environmental Science at The University of Texas at Austin. She also served in the US Air Force Reserve Chaplain Corps as a Chaplain Candidate during her time in seminary. Since then, she's been exploring and documenting the rise of Christina nationalism within the military and our US political system.
