In today's episode, we're tackling one of the most common medical student problems as it relates to the USMLE Step 1 & Step 2 CK exam preparation process: Resource overload.
Using too many resources, while it may seen advantageous, is actually a huge negative. Too many resources causes resource paralysis, whereby students don't know where to focus their attention, and subsequently end up dabbling here and there, which means they're not able to focus on one thing at a time.
Today we'll talk about why this is a problem and provide you with some simple steps to ensure that resource paralysis or overload doesn't hinder your own USMLE prep.
