Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry discuss the latest news about how the Utah health department is suggesting a possible move back to "Orange" status that could limit and close a lot of businesses and activities. 

Gov. Gary Herbert does not like the idea of going back a step and locking things down. We do need to be careful and perhaps forcing people to wear masks can help out so much.
