Utah citizens have been ordered to stay away from friends and family, reduce business hours, send 10s of 1,000s of students home, cover their faces, and endure economic destruction, future uncertainty, physical health decline, mental health strain, relationship deprivation, and a pandemic response-driven cultural divide the likes of which hasn't been seen since the Civil War.
