Utah's Clean Slate Law went into effect last week. It automatically wipes minor offenses off of someone's record. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson is a believer in second chances and likes this law. She wanted to find out how her guests on A Woman's View felt about it. Her guests this week included Cherie Call, singer and songwriter, Cathleen Sparrow, Executive Director of the Anne Arundel County Public Library Foundation, and dating coach Kristin Sokol.
