What does it mean to think outside the box? Design outside the box? Hire outside the box? UX…outside the box? As I listened back and was producing this week’s episode with James Helms—Vice President of Design at Intuit—I couldn’t help but keep going back to those themes and those questions.

“Design sees problems worth solving, and looks for elegant was to solve those problems.”
