About Speaker :
Riya is a Content designer at Atlassian, a SaaS tech company known for products like Jira, Confluence and Trello, based out of Bengaluru, India. She got a start as a journalist covering arts and politics, then transitioned into digital content writing, content marketing and managing a global product content team, and ultimately found my calling in user experience.
She is currently working on building and designing Atlassian’s billing and purchasing journeys — structuring coherent customer journeys, crafting the words that guide people and looking for ways to improve design-content collaborations. I’m passionate about creating a community of UX writers, and helping early starters to find their way into UX content design.
