Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the fourteenth session of the V-50 Lectures. This entire lecture this evening will be on the second step of the ideological program and that, of course, is called education. As I have explained, the ideological program is, first and foremost, a strategy. You might call it an overall plan of action to do what, specifically? Is the goal, for example, of this program, is it to impeach the president of the United States? No. Is the goal to repeal any coercive political legislation? Is the goal to, let’s say, plant a bomb in the capitol building and demolish the capitol building? Is the goal to improve the efficiency of the state? Is the goal to improve the state’s coercive school system?
