Now that we’ve defined what needs to change, and why it is important to make these changes, we can move on to the most difficult aspect of creating change: How to actually do it.
There are essentially three frames we can use to create lasting change.
1. We either change the doing – the actions we take;
2. We change the viewing – our interpretation of events, and what we focus on at this time; or
3. We change the setting – the location or the context of what these events mean.
