About Louisa:
Louisa Tew is Co-Founder and Owner of Away Team an ethical outsourcing company matching workers in the Philippines with businesses in Australia Louisa previously worked for 20 years in the Community Development field working for such organizations as St Kilda Gatehouse and Concern Australia.
Louisa has strong beliefs in fairness and equality and, together with her partner Matt, has used these beliefs to create the model for Away Team that sees happy Filipino workers are paid excellent wages and Australian business prosper because of reduced payroll costs. Louisa and her family spend extended time in the Philippines and are based in Cagayan De Oro, they spend time traveling to the many spectacular places the Philippines has to offer all while running 2 successful businesses.
