Episode 72 of the conversations between Yogita Pant and Anil Chawla describes the events that followed Veer Hanuman’s burning down of Lanka. As Hanuman sat near the ocean looking at the flames that were causing death and havoc in Lanka, it suddenly struck Hanuman that the fire could have damaged even Seeta. The thought scared him enormously. He went and met Seeta. He was delighted to see safe and unhurt. He talked to Seeta and departed from Lanka. After reaching Mahendra Parvat, he was welcomed by Yuvraj Angad and other vaanar warriors who were glad to hear from Hanuman about his meeting Seeta. Filled with enthusiasm, Hanuman proposed that they attack Lanka and liberate Seeta. Angad supported Hanuman’s proposal. But the wise Jambwan disagreed saying that they did not have orders for liberating Seeta. (Ref. Chapters 55-60, Sundar Kand, Shreemad Valmikiy Ramayan)
