Vacation time!

The week of December 28, I’m showing up for myself by taking a break. Whatever relaxation or rejuvenation looks like for you, I hope you also take some time this holiday season to give yourself that gift. I subscribed to the belief that you must work 24/7 for a long time—and it burned me out. Don’t fall into the same trap.
