Vaccination drive taken by the Central government is the duty and it is not something they've done as a favour to the state governments is the the point that the public should understand and as a matter of fact regional languages are a part and parcel of the union government the no no right is given to the union government to ban regional language to be used inside the hospital or any other government organisational premises,that is an act of oppression.
