This reflection has two distinct halves. In the first half, I talk about getting the Covid 19 vaccine. Here, I fall into a rabbit hole about power (as in authority), small talk, and the methodical roll out to a mass vaccination process. In the second half I talk about the biological nature of the vaccine (as relating to antibodies, viruses, cells and mRNAs) and the way it functions in the body. This reflection is Part II to an impression I'm having about social interaction and the essential self (which started with the previous episode entitled "Essentialism"). Random points: natural selection/Darwinism; and schools re-opening/teachers as essential workers.
