With just 2% of the population vaccinated, Taiwan is doing it’s best to get more vaccines. Prior to this week, it was illegal for private entities to import foreign vaccines, but the government has changed its tune. Now, Foxconn founder Terry Gou and others are exploring their options, with oversight from the government.
