Darth Vader had only one love, and that woman was Padme. The mother of Darth Vader's two children loved him so much that when he turned to the Dark Side it not only broke her heart, it also destroyed her will to live. Vader was destined to live out his life alone until a beautiful woman took an interest in the Sith Lord, and attempted to ease Vader's physical and emotional pain with her unconditional love.
