In this weeks Parashah, we get into the showdown between YHVH and Pharaoh. As Moshe and Aharon stand before Pharaoh as ambassadors of the one true God, Pharaoh is determined to stand his ground no matter what. Plague after plague, YHVH consistently shows Himself as God as He renders the various god's of Egypt powerless to stand before Him. As we look into these various plagues, we can only come to the conclusion that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the one true God, as He begins to do unexplainable acts, never before heard of since the beginning of time.
