Valentine and Family Day Hurts! Ep12

Namaste Beautiful soul,  

My name is Sirjudaye Bhajan, a mama just like you who found the beautiful, loving, blissful, smart, worthy, deserving, strong, eternal, purposeful, powerful BEING I AM, after years of suffering in silence in an unhappy marriage. As much as I knew deep within me, the life I was living was, by far what I deserved, every time I tried to move forward I failed and ended up even more lost and hopeless.. It came to the point I could no longer look at my husband because of all the negative feelings I had towards him, I blamed him for making me so unhappy. The more I tried to express my feelings to him the more I felt shut down, angry, lonely, unwanted and unimportant.  So I buried everything under the carpet and just lived day by day in darkness. I was slowly dying inside, it manifested on my body as horrible acne, anxiety, weight fluctuation, IBS, PCOS, hair lost etc. I felt STUCK and hopeless. I hated what I became, I stopped looking in the mirror because the person staring back was not me. I hated her, I hated him I hated my life. The only thing that brought me joy was my son but that only lasted for a short time.

I started to believed I didn’t have a choice but to suffer, this was what my life was destined to be forever and I believed my faith was being tested by GOD, if I proved my loyalty to him and my husband by enduring the pain in this life, I shall reap the rewards and go to heaven on judgement day. I didn’t know how to start creating the changes I desperately needed to feel better. 

 I DIDN’T KNOW THERE IS HOPE....

Until, I started to align with the TRUE ME. I didn’t know it at the time but I started to fall in LOVE ME. By going within myself and connecting to the worthy being I AM, I was guided to people and situations that helped me continue to rise in the most  beautiful way, seeing the light in my situation and the LIGHT WITHIN ME. 
The rest was history!

As my spiritual awaken unfolded I had the strongest urge to help moms.  To show them how beautiful and worthy they really are, but I didn’t listen to my inner calling. I simply wasn’t ready. So I helped women in general see their True Beauty using the power of colours. 

I’m so happy to say I feel ready now!  I am learning I have nothing to be afraid of, my purpose is bigger than everything holding me back and if I really want to help you I have to go within my heart and expose my story without any filters

 I’m learning to trust the process and let my intuition and heart guide me. 

My intention for this podcast is to share my transformational  journey, the steps I was guided to, to reach where I am today, the hard truths I needed to learn (in a beautiful way), the lessons I continue to learn and so much more igniting within you the very beautiful deserving soul you ARE.

I am not here to fix or break your marriage.  My purpose is to help you align with the TRUE YOU where you will find all your answers.

You are not just a mom or wife. You are a FREE worthy beautiful soul.
