In honor of Valentine's Day, we're feeling a bit scandalous and rating our romantic flings: 67...72...85.... we're CHOCOLATE PERCENTAGES, not men!! This week we're sans guest for the first time in ages, and it's time to get intimate as the original Having A Night couple, just the 2 of us. We're nerding out on the epic love story between Vday and chocolate, and creating an insane cocoa-dusted menu along the way. Who knew that the tradition of giving candy-filled, decorative cardboard boxes had such a rich history? Sophie, that's who. Folks, it's that time of year again to drop whatever chocolate you are currently eating and reach for another, identical chocolate from the same box.
