Valerian Hrala from "Coffee Is ME" Podcast

From Roasting at home, to roasting as a profession and discovering profiles, to making videos and sending coffee all over the world,  Valerian is a true “Coffeepreneur” (entrepreneur of coffee… did you see what I did there?… yeah, I know, I’m good…).

Valerian runs his own online podcast, “Coffee Is ME”, that I have fallen in love with and is a continuing source of a lot of my up-to-date coffee knowledge.

In this interview Valerian explains how, and why, he started his coffee courses on Youtube; the first man to do so in czech.

From running his roastery, ‘Green Plantation Coffee’ in slovakia, to his new venture of ‘Unleashed Coffee’ retailing in stores across the US… Valerian takes us through his stories, with hints and tips and a passion that made it an absolute pleasure to intervew the man. 

We chat about social media ideas and coffee culture around the world.
