This presentation will introduce the second Pillar of Liberty – Virtue, illustrate how and why a virtuous citizenry is vital to sustaining liberty, and introduce the concept of “public virtue”.

A virtuous citizenry is vital to sustaining liberty. Public virtue only occurs when private virtue is solidly intact. If our society is virtuous and moral, they will elect virtuous and moral leaders who will strengthen a virtuous and moral society. Private virtue always comes first.
