Adrian McCartney uses the example of kintsugi, the Japanese art of using gold to repair broken things, to explore the brokenness in us as individuals and as the Church. He talks about David, Peter, Paul, Mary, Esther many others who were used by God in their brokenness, and who were repaired by God. And he talks about Jesus' scars and how we mustn't be afraid of showing our scars, and our scarred God.
