Today I am honored and privileged to have on the show with me Marsha Banks-Harold.  Marsha is the Owner and, Director, of PIES Fitness Holistic Yoga Therapy Studio and Yoga Training Programs.
 
She is the creator of My Body Don’t Bend That Way Yoga, an executive engineering leader, a Certified Yoga Therapist, and a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator and Mentor.   Marsha blossoms in creating supportive, inclusive, diverse, adaptive, and accessible yoga therapy and yoga experiences.  She is an experienced workshop leader and public speaker.
 
On the show today Marsha is going to educate us on some benefits Yoga can do for our bodies, minds, and souls.
