Representative Chris Van Hollen is facing renewed criticism over past tweets concerning the violent gang MS-13. Critics argue that his previous comments downplayed the threat posed by the group especially now with his support of deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia.  

In response to ongoing questions about foreign policy, Trump Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt highlighted the administration’s achievements, noting that the Trump administration secured 18 trade agreements with foreign countries, which she claims boosted the U.S. economy and strengthened international partnerships.
