Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim announced that he is moving forward with a plan to disband the independently elected Vancouver Parks and Recreation Board. We talk with Vancouver city councillor Pete Fry, and our Municipal Affairs reporter Justin McElroy. In our second half we pay tribute to legacy of American screenwriter and producer Norman Lear.
