It’s 2018 and there is some talk about a possible price drop in the housing market in Vancouver this year.  We take a look at whether a downturn in the market is possible this year or if things will continue the way they are.  And Jon and his guest get into the issues of overseas money and if there will ever be a way to slow down or stop the foreign investment.
