Welcome to the very first episode. I felt it only fitting that I speak on the introductory episode to help you understand the "why" behind my creation of The Journey To Worthy and subsequent merchandise, events and this podcast.
This is my story - my truth - and I open up about things I have never spoken about before. I connect the dots on my traumatic past to discover why I made the decisions I did later in life, and chose the behaviour I did.
