The Reading Writing Hotline recently celebrated its 30th birthday and joining Sam on Talking Vision to chat all about it was Reading Writing Hotline manager Vanessa Iles.

Vanessa spoke about how the hotline got started, the ways in which people have benefited from the hotline over the past three decades, and the work they have done to help callers who are blind or have low vision to access the literacy and numeracy services they need.
