On this episode of Prayer & Practice, Kyle interviews Vanessa McMahon from Grace Covenant Church in Beulaville, NC.  Vanessa serves on staff at Grace Covenant wearing many hats but is most passionate about leading the worship team of GCC.  She completed her Bachelors in Theology with a minor in Christian Counseling from Southern Cross College in Sydney Australia while also attending Hillsong College.  She is married to Justin and they have two sweet little boys, Oliver and Theodore.

During the interview, Kyle and Vanessa share thoughts about the relationship between the worship team and senior church leadership, the importance of following the principles of Psalm 133 and Romans 13:1-5, tips from Vanessa for the administration of the worship team, and dealing with conflict biblically.
