What is the bystander effect you may be asking yourself? Well, don't you worry your pretty lil head off! Athena and Ken explain (well, half ass explain) the bystander effect and how it aided in the vanishing of Pearl Pinson. This is the first Bay Area vanishing that the VitV duo tackle and it is just mind blowing.
