All of the tech that we are using, uh, we're also looking at for launch next year, um, a tax platform that will assist with this in terms of what their tax installments would be, tax planning, um, and things like that as well. And again, specifically for real estate agents and brokers. So all of the tools that we're using, even if they are marketed generally, like, as I said, QBO Zero, we are looking for, how do we customize it specifically to how we know agents and brokers work.
