Rogers senior quarterback Jeff Regan went from an all-purpose guy to a record-breaking quarterback and now a leader his final season of high school football. As a junior, he rushed for more than 1,000 yards and threw for more than 2,000 yards, something no quarterback in 7A has ever done. But he’s not flashy or boastful or looking for recognition — he’s just a football player who’s loved the game since he was a kid.
