This week I met with Cliff of Vashon Island Brewing, a brand spanking new brewery over on (you guessed it) Vashon Island, where it is the first and only brewpub. Cliff has just taken his 6-year old production brewery into the retail space by opening up a tap room. I spotted some similarities between Chris and Cliff's beer philosophies especially regarding beer categorization, perhaps I should introduce them to each other.
