After 280 confirmed cases of the measles virus in Brooklyn, NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio wants to mandate people Brooklyn get the MMR vaccine or face a $1000 fine. The virus was eliminated from the US almost 20 years ago but measles cases have been popping up all around the country in recent months.  Many are blaming anti-vaxxers, saying that this puts many Americans at risk.
