We open the show learning about the work of VEDA (the Vermont Economic Development Authority) and the current client for small businesses in the state. Next, we’ll hear about CLif, the Children’s Literacy Foundation and some of the events it has planned on the horizon. After that, Jim Bradley and Chris West of House Calls Vermont weigh in on the home contractor registry bill, recently passed by the Legislature and vetoed by Gov.
